What does burwigan mean?

Burwigan means 'kids' in Guna language and through art we tell the stories of the first future climate change refugees in Panama, the Guna Kids. We inform, engage and inspire artistic and scientific action on climate change in the islands of Guna Yala and Panama City.

Story Telling Center Crowdfunding

We are building a story telling center in the local school of Playon Chico in order to give these kids the tool to share their stories with the world! Through our workshops we educate teachers and kids on how to take plastic as a resource for art projects.
